A refundable deposit of $35 is required for each person at the time of booking. Unless used towards the purchase of photographs this will be refunded in the form in which it is paid within two weeks of the session, provided the client arrives at the appointed time.Clients may reschedule their appointment once.
If a client reschedules their appointment more than once a $10 per person administration fee will be charged. To reschedule an appointment you may call 407-703-5186 Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm.
A minimum of 7 days notice period must be given prior to your appointment to reschedule otherwise the deposit is not refunded.If a client arrives 15 minutes late or more for an appointment we cannot guarantee all aspects of the service and the deposit cannot be refunded. If you cancel your appointment your deposit is not refunded.Each booking slot can accommodate no more than two adults, at least one of whom must be over 18 years of age. Family groups may consist of no more than two adults and three children. If you are selected in one of our promotions the session is free of charge with no cash alternative. The session is 2 hours long and must be completed in full to be intitled to a refund. Your session is valid for three months from the day you book your appointment.
